1.Domestic initiative and full function heavy double side edge bander. Top pressure beam with V-belt. Panel width adjustment is controlled by ball screw driven system . It is an ideal equipment to improve productivity for mass production furniture manufactures.
2.KDT double side edge bander is ideal for building an automatic production line. Stability and controllability are the most important factors for an equipment to be part of production line.
3.Rigid frame and precision position; PC control panel can flexibly integrate with production line.
4.Feed track equips with dog-pin to right position the workpiece and to ensure accuracy 0.2mm/m; space between the dog-pins is around 500mm
5.2 sets of 4-post servo tape magazines are configured which maximally auto change with 8 different tapes, solving the headache to request on tapes with multi specifications and colors. None-Tape alerts equips makes more hommization and intelligence.
